妇科大手术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的预防及护理观察

摘要
目的为了预防妇科大手术后并发下肢深静脉血栓采用护理干预的效果分析。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月于该院收治的妇科大手术患者88例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用针对性护理,对两组护理后下肢深静脉血栓发生率进行对比,同时比较其护理满意情况。结果研究组下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.423,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.889,P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在妇科大手术中的应用效果非常理想,能够有效地降低术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,且患者满意度非常高,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective Nursing intervention was used to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after gynecological surgery. Methods 88 cases of gynecological major surgery patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given targeted nursing. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs after nursing was compared between the two groups, and their nursing satisfaction was compared at the same time. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(χ~2=4.423, P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ~2=4.889,P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of targeted nursing in gynecological major surgery is very ideal,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs,and the patient satisfaction is very high, which has certain application value.
