摘要
目的分析不同采收时间江苏地产太子参代谢产物的动态积累变化。方法采用UPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS技术对样品进行测定,结合Mass数据等对总离子流图主要分子离子峰进行归属,用SIMCA-P软件进行主成分分析。HPLC法测定太子参中指标性成分(主要代谢差异标志物)环肽A、B的含量。结果共鉴定出12种化合物。主成分得分图显示,不同采收时间太子参样本能较明显地分开;通过载荷图筛选出差异显著的10种标志物,且这10种标志物呈现出不同的变化规律。太子参环肽A(HA)和环肽B(HB)分别在7月下旬和8月上旬含量较高。结论为揭示不同采收时间太子参中代谢物积累动态规律及确定其药材合理采收期提供基础资料。
        OBJECTIVE To analyze the change of chemical components of Pseudostellariae radixfrom different harvest period in Jiangsu.METHODS UPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS and tandem mass spectrometry combing with Mass data,databases and related software for total ion current literature major molecular ion peaks attributable was used to determine 16 batches of samples.SIMCA-P software was used to analyze the principal components.RESULTS 12 compounds were identified,and the figure below showed that the PCA,samples of June and beginning of July were in close proximity on the plot,indicating that the metabolites of these two periods were similar;samples from end of July and August were far away,showing big chemical differences.10 kinds of markers were picked from loading chart by significant differences.These markers of Pseudostellariae Radix collected from different harvest time showed different changing laws.CONCLUSION To provide the basic data for revealing the different harvest time of Pseudostellariae Radix in Jiangsu metabolite accumulation pattern.
