腹腔镜直肠癌手术治疗老年直肠癌病人的临床研究

摘要
目的探析腹腔镜直肠癌手术治疗老年直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月至2018年4月我院接诊的76例老年直肠癌患者,采用隐匿数字随机法将其分为两组,各38例。研究组采用腹腔镜手术,对照组采用传统开腹手术,比较手术效果及安全性。结果研究组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后排气时间、进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌手术治疗老年直肠癌虽会延长手术时间,但效果佳、安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery for elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods Seventy-six elderly patients with rectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups, 38 cases each. The study group underwent laparoscopic surgery and the control group underwent conventional open surgery to compare the surgical outcome and safety.Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group. The intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group. The postoperative exhaust time, eating time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group. The complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery for elderly rectal cancer will prolong the operation time, but the effect is good and the safety is high. It is worthy of popularization and application.
