受限自由面爆破装药量计算公式的优化研究

摘要
为提高巷道掘进爆破速度及精确控制巷道轮廓。针对现有装药量公式计算结果与实际装药量存在较大误差的现状,分别运用MATLAB及1st Opt数值分析软件对装药量公式的参数进行拟合,采用Polynomial拟合方法对装药量公式进行拟合,并从残差平方和(SSE)、均方根误差(RMSE)以及相对误差均值三个方面进行拟合结果的有效性和优越性分析。结果表明:根据1st Opt优化公式计算出的残差平方和、均方根误差、相对误差均值分别为0.597、0.0814、0.0225,得出的装药量与实际更吻合,其结果明显优于其他方法。
        To improve the speed of tunnel excavation blasting and to control the tunnel contour precisely,according to the calculation results of the existing formulas,there is a big error between the theoretical explosive charge and the actual explosive charge. Then,the numerical analysis software MATLAB and 1st Opt were used to fit the parameters of the calculation formula of explosive charge,and a new formula was fitted by Polynomial. The validity and superiority of the fitted results were analyzed from three aspects,namely residual square sum( SSE),root mean square error( RMSE) and mean relative error. The results show that the 1st Opt optimization formula was more precise than other methods,by which the SSE,the RMSE and the mean relative error were obtained as 0. 597,0. 0814 and0. 0225,respectively. Finally,the calculated results fitted the actual charge amount well.
