家庭功能与不孕症患者心理健康的相关性探讨

摘要
目的探讨家庭功能与不孕症患者心理健康的关系。方法随机选择2016年2—7月我院进行不孕症治疗的患者187例作为研究对象。对所有患者发放调查问卷,分析187例不孕症患者出现的心理症状,以及家庭功能情况,并进行相关性研究。结果 187例不孕症患者的心理症状总分是(181.67±5.22)分,整体分数超过160分的不孕症患者有严重的心理问题,结果发现患者心理状况评分越高,家庭功能越差,两者呈负相关。结论家庭功能对不孕症患者心理健康影响较大,那些常与家庭人员进行交流、谈话,以沟通的渠道来减轻自己的心理压力的患者出现烦躁、敏感等状况等的情况较少,因此患者得到家庭的支持,其心理更健康。
Objective To explore the correlation of family function and mental health of infertility patients. Methods To select 187 cases of patients who underwent infertility treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2016 as research subject randomly,and questionnaires were sent to all patients to analyze the psychological symptoms as well as family function of 187 cases of infertile patients. Meanwhile,correlation studies were conduct. Results The total score of psychological symptoms in 187 infertility patients was( 181. 67 ± 5. 22). The infertility patients with an overall score of more than 160 had serious psychological problems. The results showed that the higher the psychological status score,the worse the family function of the patients. The two are negatively correlated. Conclusion Family function has a great influence on the mental health of infertility patients. Those who often communicate and talk with family members to relieve their psychological stress by communication channels are less irritated and sensitive. Therefore,they can get the support of the family and their mental health is healthier.
