案例教学法在高职院校文秘教学中的应用研究

摘要
为了进一步提升高职院校文秘教学的水平,适应社会对技能型人才培养的需求,高职院校要顺应素质教育的教学趋势,建立健全完整的教育框架和教学流程,发挥多元化教学模式的优势,从而真正实现培养专业性技能人员的教育目标。本文简要分析了案例教学法在高职院校文秘教学中应用的必要性,并且结合教学案例对具体应用过程设计予以讨论,旨在为高职院校教师提供教学建议,仅供参考。
In order to further improve the level of secretarial teaching in higher vocational colleges and meet the needs of the society for the training of skilled personnel,higher vocational colleges should conform to the teaching trend of quality education,establish and improve a complete educational framework and teaching process,and give full play to the advantages of diversified teaching modes,so as to truly achieve the educational objectives of training professional skilled personnel. This paper briefly analyses the necessity of applying case teaching method in secretarial teaching in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the design of specific application process in combination with teaching cases,aiming at providing teaching suggestions for teachers in higher vocational colleges for reference only.
