经络推拿结合康复训练在脑卒中患者康复中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨经络推拿结合康复训练联用时对脑卒中患者康复的临床疗效。方法:将脑卒中患者80例随机平分两组。对照组进行康复训练疗法,观察组在此基础上加用中医经络推拿进行辅助治疗,对比、分析两组临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗总有效率63.8%,观察组93.6%,组间治疗后的改善效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用具有中医特色的经络推拿疗法结合常规的康复训练对脑卒中患者进行辅助治疗,其康复效果良好,具有显著效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of meridian massage combined with rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods:80 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training.On this basis,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine meridian massage for auxiliary treatment.We compared and analyzed the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 63.8% in the control group and 93.6% in the observation group,and there was significant difference in the effect of improvement after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridian massage therapy with traditional Chinese medicine combined with regular rehabilitation training is an auxiliary treatment for patients with cerebral apoplexy,and its rehabilitation effect is good,with significant improvement.
