激光多普勒组织微血管图像定位诊断技术

摘要
激光多普勒组织微血管图像定位诊断技术对医学领域的发展具有重要意义。传统方法忽略了计算血管图像的能量函数,导致其图像定位精度偏低。提出了一种基于几何形变法的激光多普勒组织微血管图像定位诊断技术。利用图像的映射点与血管图像的平面中心点,分析血管平面图像各点之间的距离和映射点到图像平面的垂直距离,通过平移和旋转血管图像获得到图像的新坐标,建立图像坐标的计算模型。在此基础上,利用血管图像的灰度值、均值和方差对图像进行归一化处理,获得血管图像的直方图,并计算血管图像像素在直方图中出现的概率、类均值和类方差,利用血管图像的几何约束系数计算血管图像的能量函数,定位到图像的目标边缘,并对血管图像中血管的弯曲度进行计算,最终实现微血管图像定位诊断技术。实验结果表明,本文方法可以清晰、准确和快速的对血管图像进行定位,并根据定位结果有效的完成对血管的诊断。
        Tissue micro-vascular image localization diagnosis technology is of great significance to the development of the medical field. The traditional method mainly denoises blood vessel images,ignoring the speed and accuracy of micro-vascular image localization. A laser Doppler tissue micro-vascular image localization diagnosis technique based on geometric deformation method is proposed. Using the mapping point of the image and the plane center point of the blood vessel image,the distance between each point of the blood vessel plane image and the vertical distance of the mapping point to the image plane are analyzed,and the new coordinates of the image are obtained by translating and rotating the blood vessel image,and the image coordinate calculation model is established. On this basis,the image is normalized by using the gray value,mean value and variance of the blood vessel image to obtain a histogram of the blood vessel image,and the probability,class mean and class variance of the blood vessel image pixel appearing in the histogram are calculated. The energy function of the blood vessel image is calculated by using the geometric constraint coefficient of the blood vessel image,the target edge of the image is located,and the curvature of the blood vessel in the blood vessel image is calculated,and finally the micro-vascular image localization diagnosis technology is realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method can locate the blood vessel image clearly,accurately and quickly,and effectively diagnose the blood vessel according to the positioning result.
