综合护理干预在慢性化脓性中耳炎病人围术期的应用价值分析

摘要
目的分析研究在慢性化脓性中耳炎病患围手术期护理中采用综合护理干预的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月在我院拟行手术的慢性化脓性中耳炎病患45例,应用随机数字表法将病患随机分为两组,其中一组病患给予传统常规护理设为常规组,本组共23例病患,另一组病患给予综合护理设为综合组,本组共22例病患,对两组病患的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果经护理后,综合组病患术后听力障碍评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05);综合组并发症发生率为13.6%,常规组并发症发生率为30.4%,综合组并发症发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性化脓性中耳炎病患围手术期护理中采用综合护理干预,可有效改善病患的术后听力障碍情况,并减少并发症的出现,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperativenursing of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods A total of 45 patients with chronic suppurative otitis mediawho underwent surgery in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. One groupof patients was given conventional routines. The nursing care was set as the regular group. In this group, a total of 23 patientswere enrolled. In the other group, comprehensive care was given to the comprehensive group. In this group, a total of22 patients were compared, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. ResultsAfter nursing, the scores of postoperative hearing impairment in the comprehensive group were significantly lower thanthose in the conventional group(P<0.05). The complication rate was 13.6% in the comprehensive group and 30.4% in theconventional group. The incidence was significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensivenursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can effectively improve thepostoperative hearing impairment and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
