对高敏肌钙蛋白T与慢性心力衰竭的探讨

摘要
目的对高敏肌钙蛋白T(hs-cTnT)与慢性心力衰竭的探讨。方法方便选取医院2015年10月—2016年10月收治的98例慢性心力衰竭患者将其记为疾病组,另选取100名健康志愿者将其记为健康组。对比两组hs-cTnT和N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平,对比疾病组不同心功能分级亚组的hs-cTnT和NT-proBNP水平。结果疾病组hscTnT和NT-proBNP水平远高于健康组[(20.56±4.32)pg/mL vs.(4.02±1.07)pg/mL,(1 167.5±102.4)pg/mL vs.(65.3±10.2)pg/mL,P<0.05];IV级者hs-cTnT和NT-proBNP水平均显著高于Ⅲ级者[(29.38±5.54)pg/mL vs.(19.25±2.07)pg/mL,(1 548.5±117.8)vs.(1 098.7±89.6)pg/mL,P<0.05],且Ⅲ级者显著高于级者的(8.32±1.14)pg/mL和(469.5±23.7)pg/mL(P<0.05)。结论 hs-cTnT水平与慢性心力衰竭心脏功能及NT-proBNP水平均存在相关性,对病情评估有重要的意义。
Objective To explore between the high senstitivity cardiac troponin T and chronic heart failure. Methods 98 cases of patients with chronic heart failure admitted and treated in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the disease group, and 100 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as the healthy group, and the hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP levels were compared between the two groups, and the hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP levels of subgroups of different cardiac function in the disease group were compared. Results The hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP levels in the disease group were much higher than those in the healthy group[(20.56±4.32) pg/mL vs(4.02±1.07)pg/mL,1(167.5±102.4)pg/mL vs(65.3±10.2) pg/mL,P<0.05], and the hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP levels of patients in Ⅳ level were obviously higher than those in Ⅲ level,[(29.38±5.54) pg/mL vs(19.25±2.07) pg/mL,(1 548.5±117.8) vs(1 098.7±89.6) pg/mL,P<0.05], and the hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP levels of patients in Ⅲ level were obviously higher than those in Ⅱ level, and the the hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP levels patients in Ⅲ level were respectively(8.32±1.14)pg/mL and(469.5±23.7)pg/mL(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between the hs-cTnT level, cardiac function of chronic heart failure and NT-proBNP level, which is of important significance to the evaluation of diseases.
