摘要
塑化剂对环境的污染随着塑料使用的增加日益严重。本研究使用QuEChERS方法指导邻苯二甲酸酯液相色谱检测方法的建立,同时检测了邻苯二甲酸二甲酯等10种塑化剂成分。分别考察了线性、回收率、重复性和定量限等方法学特性。结果表明该方法能够快速、简单、便宜、有效、可靠和安全地检测水土环境样品中的塑化剂含量。
        The pollution of phthalate esters to the environment is becoming more and more serious with the increasing use of plastics. In this study, QuEChERS method was used to guide the establishment of a method for the determination of plasticizers by liquid chromatography. 10 kinds of plasticizers such as dimethyl phthalate were detected at the same time. Its linearity, recovery, repeatability and quantitative limit were investigated. The results show that the method is rapid, simple, inexpensive, effective, reliable and safe for the determination of plasticizer content in soil and water environmental samples.
