夹板式粘结桥修复牙周炎伴牙列缺损的疗效

摘要
目的采取措施对夹板式粘结桥修复牙周炎伴牙列缺损的疗效进行有效性分析与研究。方法从医院收治的牙周炎伴牙列缺损的患者中选取病情稳定的36例,其中男20例,女16例,年龄20~69岁。根据患者的临床治疗情况对患者进行夹板式粘结桥的修复治疗,并利用统计学的理论与方法对30例患者在修复之前与修复半年、1年内基牙牙周的探诊深度(PD)、牙齿松动程度(TM)、龈沟的出血指数(SBI),X线片对牙槽骨的形态、密度、高度以及牙周膜的宽度的检查结果以及患者的使用状况等临床疗效进行对比性分析(P<0.05)。结果经过一段时间的治疗与护理,两组患者的病情得到有效缓解。患者修复后的PD值低于修复前,TM值得到有效改善,SBI值没有明显的变化。X线片表明修复后基牙的硬骨板与牙周膜完整清晰,骨密度增加,牙槽骨的高度没有明显变化。结论利用夹板式粘结桥修复牙周炎伴牙列缺损疾病,具有良好的临床治疗效果与研究价值。
Objective Measures of splint type bonded bridge repair of periodontitis patients with defect of dentition efficacy through effective analysis and research.Methods From the hospital of periodontitis with dentition defect in patients with stable disease for 36 cases selected.According to the patient's clinical treatment on patients with type of bonding bridge repair in the treatment of,Using statistical theory and Methods 30 patients before repair and repair in the first half of the year,Within a year of the periodontal probing depth(PD),Tooth mobility degree(TM),Gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),Ray on alveolar bone morphology,density,height and width of periodontal membrane of examination Results As well as the patient's use of clinical comparative analysis(P <0.05).Results After a period of treatment and nursing,in two groups of patients with the condition to get alleviating effectively.In patients after repair of PD below before restoration,The TM value can be effectively improved,The value of SBI had no significant change.Radiographs showed after repair of abutment periodontal membrane and the bony plates of complete and clear,Bone mineral density increased,the height of the alveolar bone did not significantly change.Conclusion Using splint type resin bonded bridge repair of periodontitis patients with dentition defect disease,Has a good clinical effect and value of research.
