肿瘤患者营养评估平台的建立与初步应用

摘要
目的构建一个适应临床工作需要的肿瘤患者营养评估平台;初步应用系统分析肿瘤患者营养风险状况。方法采用ASP为开发语言,运用Microsoft SQL Server 2000数据库,以B/S构架,使用Web Services技术与医院HIS系统连接获取患者信息,通过系统设计、数据库建立、代码编写、运行调试构建肿瘤患者营养评估平台。运用平台中的NRS2002量表对223例肿瘤患者进行营养风险筛查,并录入患者入院后的血红蛋白、白蛋白等营养指标。结果建立了包括营养风险筛查评估、患者营养风险筛查复核、筛查信息查询与统计、系统用户管理等模块的肿瘤患者营养评估平台。223例患者中评估有营养风险者24例(10.76%),Ⅲ～Ⅳ期及中度以上贫血患者营养风险发生率相对更高。结论肿瘤患者易发生营养风险和营养不良,运用肿瘤患者营养评估平台利于提高肿瘤患者营养评估和随访的工作效率,实现营养评估工作的数字化管理。
Objective Construct a clinical suitable Nutrition Assessment System for Carcinoma Patients. Using the system to analysis their nutritional risk status. Methods Construct a database management system through the way of system design, database creation, coding, run and debug. Using NRS 2002 to screen 223 carcinoma patients' nutritional risk with this system and record their hemoglobin, albumin values. Results We construct the Nutrition Assessment System successfully, which includes nutritional risk screening and assessment, data reconfirmation, data query and statistics, user management and other modules.24 of 223 cases(10.76%) have high nutritional risk. Patients with stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ and above moderate anemia have relatively higher nutritional risk. Conclusion Carcinoma patients are prone to nutritional risk and malnutrition. The application of Nutrition Assessment System improves the efficiency of nutritional assessment and follow-up of carcinoma patients. It also realizes the digital management of nutritional assessment.
