打捞连续油管落鱼工艺技术研究与应用

摘要
连续油管作业机被誉为"万能作业设备",具有带压作业、连续起下等特点,"十二五"以来在国内得到了快速发展和大范围推广应用,体现出了效率高、成本低、自动化程度高、人员劳动强度低等显著优势。但由于其带压作业及可反复弯曲缠绕、连续起下特性造成的累积疲劳损伤,以及井下流体腐蚀作用和连续油管生产质量缺陷,导致连续油管断裂落井事件时有发生,造成了严重的生产安全事件,影响了施工作业效率,增加了额外的生产成本。文章对打捞连续油管落鱼工艺设计思路和原则、作业流程及方案进行了阐述,并结合实例对应用情况进行了介绍。
The coiled tubing unit is known as the"universal operation unit ",capable of snubbing in/out and continuous tripping,has been developed rapidly and used widely since 2009 in China,having advantages of high efficiency,low cost,high degree of automation,and low labor intensity. But because it's operated under pressure and repeatedly bent and twisted,continuously tripped,fatigue damage is accumulated. Combined with downhole fluid corrosion and CT quality defects,CT fracture and falling downhole is often observed,which will result in serious accidents, operating efficiency reduction, and the additional cost. In this paper,the technology of coiled tubing fishing is studied and illustrated with an example.
