摘要
抽油机作为石油开采中重要的地面装置,对其平衡装置的研究能有效减少能源的消耗,提高生产效率,延长抽油机的使用寿命。根据平衡基本原理,对现有的抽油机的机械平衡装置、气动平衡装置、液压平衡装置同其他类型的平衡装置进行研究与分析,对平衡装置存在的问题和平衡性的检验方法进行阐述,从而有利于抽油机整体经济效益的提升,对抽油机平衡装置的研究起到参考作用。
In recent decades, the world's demand for crude oil has been increasing, and the ability to deep-exploit oilfields has been further demanded, which has greatly accelerated the development of pumping unit technology and has spawned many types. As an important ground device in oil exploitation, the pumping unit can effectively reduce the energy consumption, increase the production efficiency and extend the service life of the pumping unit. According to the basic principle of balance, this paper studies and analyzes the existing mechanical balancing device, pneumatic balancing device, hydraulic balancing device and other types of balancing devices of the pumping unit balancing device, and the problems and balances of the balancing device. Explaining, is conducive to the improvement of the overall economic efficiency of the pumping unit, and plays a reference role in the research of the pumping unit balance device.
