急性进展性脑梗死患者血压变异性研究

摘要
目的探讨急性进展性脑梗死患者血压变异性。方法 298例急性脑梗死患者,根据神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)变化分为进展组78例和非进展组220例。记录24 h收缩压和舒张压,分析血压变异参数间的差异。结果进展组非杓型血压节律、TOAST分型大动脉粥样硬化型比例高于非进展组(P<0.05)。结论进展性梗死患者血压昼夜节律变化大,患者需提高脑血流灌注。
Objective To investigate blood pressure variability in acute progressive cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 298 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided by national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS) scores into progress group with 78 cases and non-progress group with 220 cases. Records were made on 24 h systolic pressure and diastolic pressure to analyze differences of blood pressure variability. Results The progress group had higher non-dipper blood pressure circadian rhythm and TOAST type large-artery atherosclerosis than the non-progress group(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients of progressive cerebral infarction patients had remarkable change in blood pressure circadian rhythms, and increased cerebral blood flow perfusion is necessary.
