摘要
针对微网中直流电源的不稳定性问题,提出一种新型基于磁集成结构双向DC/DC变换器的飞轮储能系统(FESS)。该系统中变换器利用磁集成技术将3个磁性元件(隔离变压器前、后谐振电感、变压器)集成到一个磁芯中。FESS除了能供给微网缺额电能,还能稳定直流母线电压,改善电能质量,可靠性更高。最后制作了一台10 kW,460~560 V输入、320 V输出的双向DC/DC变换器样机。实验分析表明该方案具有元件少、占地空间小等优点,还可有效降低电流纹波,且适用于大功率场合。
Aiming at the DC power supply instability in micro-grid,a flywheel energy storage system(FESS) is proposed,it adopts the DC/DC converter with integrated magnetic structure.The converter using magnetic integration technology integrates three inductors into a single core,which include the resonant inductors and an isolation transformer.Not only the FESS can supply the shortfall electricity of micro-grid,but also can stabilize the voltage of DC bus and can improve power quality and rebability.Finally a 10 kW prototype with 460~560 V input and 320 V output is built.Through experimental analysis,the program has the less components,smaller size etc,can reduce the current ripple effectively,and suitable for high power applications.
