摘要
鉴于电力行业多采用卫星转发的方式作为应急备用直播通道,考虑到直播信息在自由空间中无线传输的开放性,信息传输更容易受到外部攻击,传统经典密钥生成分发体制难以满足电力行业对极高安全等级的需求。在完全利用电力行业现有通信资源的基础上,提出将量子保密通信技术应用于卫星应急通信业务。通过量子密钥实现了卫星应急直播的高安全等级保障,并综合利用量子信号快速纠偏技术、量子中继技术,克服了多中继节点、地埋架空光缆混合组网等多项技术难题,对电力量子保密通信技术的应用具有积极的示范意义。
        In view of power industry adopting satellite forwarding mode as emergency backup live channel and considering the openness of live streaming in free space, information transmission is more vulnerable to external attacks. The traditional key generation distribution system will not meet the demands of the power industry for extremely high security levels. Based on the existing communication resources of the power industry, the application of quantum secret communication technology to satellite emergency communication services is proposed. The high security level protection of satellite emergency live broadcast via quantum key is realized. Quantum signal rapid rectifying technique and quantum relay technology are used to overcome many technical difficulties such as multi-relay node and hybrid network of buried optical cable and aerial optical cable. It has positive demonstration significance in the application of quantum secret communication technology in the power industry.
