建筑师负责制工程管理模式运行方式分析

摘要
建筑师负责制已经逐渐成为建筑工程管理的主要趋势,在现代工程管理中如何突破传统工程管理模式的桎梏已经成为当前建筑行业关注的重点问题。国外先进经验证明,建筑师负责制有助于对工程管理进行科学引导,有助于提升工程效率和质量。对建筑师负责制的相关问题进行分析,并结合实际阐述了当前背景下运行建筑师负责制管理模式的具体措施,有利于该模式在我国工程管理中有效落实并保证我国建筑行业的持续发展。
The architect responsibility system has gradually become the main trend of construction engineering management.How to break through the traditional engineering management mode in modern engineering management has become the focus of the current construction industry. Advanced foreign experience proves that the architect responsibility system helps to guide the scienti?c management of the project and helps to improve the ef?ciency and quality of the project. This paper analyzes the related issues of the architect responsibility system and elaborates the specific measures for running the architect responsibility management mode in the current context,which is beneficial to the effective implementation of this model in China's project management and guarantee the sustainable development of China's construction industry.
