摘要
目的通过在血袋上粘贴RFID标签和建造通道式智能门,探讨RFID技术在血液成品库管理中的应用效果,达到血液成品管理的精细化、准确化和安全化。方法取去白悬浮红细胞,冰冻血浆等血液制剂若干,在血袋厂商标签上面的压缘处黏贴RFID标签,整盒(10—15袋/盒)和整箱(40—80袋/箱)血液制剂不同高度下依次通过装有不同型号阅读器智能门,分别观察漏读情况和确定通道式智能门所使用的阅读器;整盒贴有无源型电子标签的去白悬浮红细胞、冰冻血浆、新鲜冰冻血浆分别在4℃±2℃冷库、≤-25℃冷库、≤-50℃冰柜内储存24 h后,观察标签外观变化和测试不同温度对标签读取功能的影响。结果无论何种血液成分,RA9650阅读器与其的高度差为5—50 cm时,漏读率均为0;4℃±2℃和≤-50℃超低温,未对实验所选取的RFID标签造成肉眼可观察的物理改变,也未发现对RFID信号误读率有明显影响。结论 RFID技术在血液成品库管理中的应用,可以实现血液的整批入库、逐袋定位、成批出库防信息疏漏、血液运输过程中温度监控等环节,达到了精细化、准确化和安全化管理的目的。
        Objective By constructing intelligent channel based on RFID technology and affixing RFID labels on the blood bags, the application of RFID technology in the management of blood products in inventory was discussed, so as to ensure fine, accurate and safe management of blood products. Methods Some blood preparations such as leukocyte-depleted suspended RBCs and frozen plasma were chosen, and RFID labels were affixed to the edge of the blood bags' manufacturer labels. The whole box(10—15 bags per box) and the whole case(40—80 bag per case) of blood preparations passed through the intelligent RFID doors equipped with three different types of readers at different scanning heights, to observe the leakage reading and choose the proper reader with a better accuracy. After 24 h storage of the whole box of leukocyte-depleted suspended RBCs, frozen plasma and fresh frozen plasma affixed with the wireless labels at(4±2)℃, less than-25℃ and less than-50℃, the appearance changes of labels and the effect of different temperatures on the accuracy of label reading was observed.Results No matter what kind of blood components, RA9650 reader showed a 100% accuracy with a scanning height ranged from 5 cm to 50 cm. Storage temperature at(4±2)℃ and less than-50℃ had no effect on eye-readable nor machinereadable information presented in the labels.Conclusion The application of RFID technology in the management of blood products in inventory allows the storage and issuance of the whole batch, location of each bag, and monitor of the storage environment during transport, and enhance the fine, accurate and safe management of blood products.
