摘要
针对家具装配线平衡率低的问题,结合家具装配线劳动密集度高和工艺顺序不严格的特点,以黑皮活动柜装配线为研究对象,运用启发式算法解决装配线第2类平衡问题,以生产节拍优化为目标,通过最小作业元素划分,对各工作站作业要素进行重新分配。优化后,生产节拍降低了9. 1s,平衡率由76. 6%提高到87. 4%,验证了启发式算法解决家具装配线平衡的有效性和可行性。
        To solve the problem of low balance rate of furniture assembly line,combined with the characteristics of high labor density and loose technological sequence of furniture assembly line,the black leather movable cabinet assembly line was taken as the research object. The second type balance problem of assembly line was solved with the heuristic algorithm. Aiming at the optimization of cycle time,the work elements of each workstation were redistributed through the division of minimum operation elements. After the optimization of the workstation,the cycle time was reduced by 9. 1 seconds,and the balance rate was increased from 76. 6% to 87. 4%. The result shows that the heuristic algorithm is effective to solve the balance of furniture assembly line.
