摘要

高校毕业生就业工作质量的优劣直接影响着毕业生的就业质量。在新时代背景下,以广西高校为例,对高校毕业生就业主要特点和形势进行分析,以新时代对高校毕业生工作提出的新要求为工作指引,坚持问题导向,思考提出从"规范化"、"信息化"、"专业化"及"满意度"四个维度努力提高高校毕业生就业工作服务与管理水平,助力高校毕业生就业工作迈上新台阶。
        The quality of college graduates' employment directly affects the quality of graduates' employment. Under the background of the new era, taking Guangxi universities as an example, this paper analyses the main characteristics and situation of college graduates' employment, takes the new requirements put forward by the new era for the work of college graduates as the work guidance, adheres to the problem orientation, and puts forward four dimensions of "standardization", "informatization", "specialization" and "satisfaction" to improve the service and management of college graduates' employment. The level of management will help the employment of college graduates to a new level.
