大学生创业情商教育路径研究

摘要
创业成功率的影响因素中最为核心的主观因素是创业情商,并且许多大学生已经认识到了它在创业过程中的重要性,然而高校却缺乏对创业情商的正确认识,对学生创业情商的培养存在很大的不足。基于此,大多数创业大学生的创业情商并不高,这也是大多数大学生创业过程中的短板。为此,该文以大学生创业中的情商问题为研究对象,对大学生创业情商教育路径展开研究。
Among the factors influencing the success rate of entrepreneurship, the most core subjective factor is the entrepreneurial EQ. Many college students have realized the importance of it in the process of entrepreneurship.However, colleges and universities lack the correct understanding of entrepreneurial EQ, and there are great deficiencies in the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial EQ. Based on this, the majority of entrepreneurial students' entrepreneurial emotional intelligence is not high, which is also the short board in most university entrepreneurial processes.Therefore, this paper takes the EQ problem of college students' entrepreneurship as the research object, and conducts a study on the education path of college students' entrepreneurship EQ.
