摘要
目的:研究2种转基因抗虫棉对三突花蛛生物学特性和体内酶活的影响。方法:在人工条件下,采用棉蚜饲喂法,测定转基因抗虫棉对三突花蛛生物学特性变化的影响,观测三突花蛛的捕食功能反应和体内抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果:取食转基因抗虫棉上棉蚜的三突花蛛生物学特性没有显著变化,捕食功能反应表明捕食效率和控虫效果显著下降,体内GST、SOD、CAT酶活成下降趋势,但没有显著差异。结论:转基因抗虫棉对三突花蛛生物学特性和体内酶活无明显不利影响,这为研究转基因棉对棉田捕食天敌的影响补充了基础资料。
        Objective:The aim was to study the effects of two kinds of transgenic insect-resistant cotton on the biological characteristics and enzymatic activities of Misumenops tricuspidatus Fabricius.Method:Under artificial conditions,the biological characteristics of Misumenops tricuspidatus Fabricius were measured by feeding cotton aphids from transgenic insect-resistant cotton.And the predatory response and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in vivo were observed.Result:The results showed that there no significant difference in the biological characteristics of T Misumenops tricuspidatus Fabricius feeding on transgenic insectresistant cotton aphids.Predatory functional response showed that the predation efficiency and insect control effect decreased significantly,while the activities of GST,SOD and CAT enzymes decreased in vivo,with no significant difference.Conclusion:Transgenic insect-resistant cotton had no significant adverse effects on the biological characteristics and enzymatic activities of the spider.The research supplements a basic data on the influence of GM cotton on predatory natural enemies in cotton field.
