摘要
近年来,地震系统开展了大规模的建设,不断推动地震监测台网发展,形成了测震台网和前兆台网两大数字化地震监测网络,产生了海量的基础监测资料,如何高效利用这些数据资料,提高地震预测水平,对防震减灾事业和经济的发展具有重要意义。该文通过全面分析当前地震监测网络运行状况和资料应用等方面存在的问题,提出新形势下地震监测网络信息的应用和管理模式,利用数据挖掘、信息管理等技术,实现地震监测网络信息的融合与集成,在此基础上设计出一套能够实现测震、前兆观测台网数据信息综合处理的系统,通过数据汇集、筛选、处理和分析等流程,提取可能的地震异常信息,为地震预测提供依据。
        In recent years, seismic system has launched a massive earthquake monitoring network construction, formed the digital seismic network composed of seismic network and precursor Network, produced a lot of basic monitoring data, it has great significance how to use these data efficient and improve the level of earthquake prediction for protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters and economic development. In this article, through analysis the current running status of earthquake monitoring network and the problems of information application comprehensive, put forward the future application of earthquake monitoring network information and management pattern, use data mining and information management technology to realize the earthquake monitoring network information fusion and integration, to design a set of vibration can be implemented, the precursory observation network data information processing system on this basis, through data collection, screening, treatment and analysis processes, extracted earthquake anomaly information and provided the basis for earthquake prediction.
