摘要
近年来,‘马瑟兰’已成为我国葡萄酒界的"新星",受到了广泛关注。国内外关于‘马瑟兰’引种及特性研究不断深入,本文主要概述了‘马瑟兰’在国内酿酒葡萄产区的引种情况、栽培表现及研究进展,归纳了该品种在各产区的栽培特性、抗性研究、果实品质及酿酒特性,并对其在我国的发展前景进行了展望,以期为从事‘马瑟兰’生产和研究的生产者和科研工作者提供参考,充分发挥和利用该品种的优良特性,更好的为我国葡萄酒产业服务。
        In recent years, 'Marselan' has become the "new star" in Chinese wine industry, and has received widespread attention, Domestic and foreign research on the introduction and characteristics of 'Marselan' is deepening. This paper mainly summarized the cultivation performance and research progress of 'Marselan' in Chinese wine region, including introduction performance, cultivation characteristics, berry quality and wine making characteristics, and prospecting its development in China. In order to provide reference for researchers and wine practitioners who are engaged in the introduction, cultivation, characterization and composition analysis of'Marselan'. Give full play to and take advantage of the excellent characteristics of the imported variety, provide a better service for Chinese wine industry.
