摘要
空调器中焊接多数采用火焰钎焊方式,经分析和验证影响紫铜管焊接产生过烧的主要因素有:助焊剂添加不当、火焰调节不合适、焊接操作不规范及返修二次受热时间过长等,并提出相应的预防措施。
Flame brazing was the most common welding method in air-condition. Through analysis and verification, the main reasons of over-burn for copper tube welding were inappropriate addition of flux, improper flame adjustment, wrong operation and long heating time for the returning repair. Aiming at these problems, we provided several new suggestions.
