喜炎平注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的观察分析喜炎平注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法 118例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组59例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用喜炎平注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床症状消失时间以及临床疗效。结果治疗组患者呼吸困难、咳嗽、咳痰消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率为96.61%(57/59),明显高于对照组的86.44%(51/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者在常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液进行治疗,能有效改善患者的临床症状,治疗效果显著,在临床治疗上有较高的推广和应用价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping Injection for the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 118 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 59 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional therapy, patients in the treatment group were given Xiyanping Injection on the basis of the control group. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of dyspnea,cough and expectoration in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.61%(57/59),which was significantly higher than 86.44%(51/59)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment of Xiyanping Injection for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with significant treatment effect,has a higher promotion and application value in clinical treatment.
