帕金森病给予中西医结合治疗的疗效研究

摘要
目的:研究帕金森病采用中西医结合治疗效果。方法:抽调某院住院接受治疗的96例帕金森病患者,随机双盲法分为两组,对照组46例单用西药美多巴片治疗,观察组50例在西药用药基础上结合自拟补肾活血汤治疗,对比分析不同方法治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率以及UPDRS、PDSS、SCOPA-AUT评分与对照组相比,组间有显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:帕金森病采用美多巴片结合自拟补肾平颤方治疗,可有效改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量水平。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in parkinson's disease. Methods: 96 patients with parkinson's disease who received treatment in a hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. 46 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine medopa tablets alone, and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with western medicine combined with self-designed tonifying kidney and activating blood soup, and the therapeutic effects of different methods were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate and UPDRS, PDSS, SCOPA-AUT scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Parkinson's disease with medopa tablets combined with self-designed tonifying kidney and relieving fibrillation prescription can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
