加肋凸型锥—环—柱结合壳模型试验研究

摘要
加肋锥—环—柱结合壳是潜艇耐压艇体柱壳与锥壳连接的一种优越的结构形式,它能大幅度降低结合部的应力峰值。该文通过两个精车模型和三个大比例钢制焊接模型的静水外压试验,研究了加肋凸型锥—环—柱结合壳模型的应力分布和组合壳的极限承载能力。通过对应力分布和模型破坏模式的分析,指出加肋凸型锥—环—柱结合壳的力学特性。
        Ring-stiffened cone-toriod-cylinder combination shell is an excellent joining construction which joins the ring-stiffened cylindrical and conical shells. It can reduce the stress concentration at the joining section. By two finish turning models and three large scale welding models experiment, the stress distribution and collapse mode of the models are analyzed. The mechanical properties of the ring-stiffened conves cone-toroid-cylinder combination shell are revealed by the results of test.
