通过对采集自我国19个省/自治区、5个储粮生态区、13种不同装具农户储存玉米脂肪酸值的测定,分析了不同省份、不同储粮生态区及不同装具样品的脂肪酸值的现状。结果表明:2016年农户储存玉米,宜存率82%,不宜存率18%;不同省份样品宜存率从小到大为:黑龙江(47.1%)<宁夏(50.0%)<云南(60.0%)<重庆(62.5%)<湖北(75.0%)=江苏<吉林(76.9%)<甘肃(77.8%)<陕西(85.7%)<四川(88.2%)<内蒙(88.9%)<辽宁(89.7%)<河北(93.8%)<河南(97.2%)<北京(100%)=山东=山西=新疆;不同储粮生态区样品宜存率从小到大为:生态区Ⅵ(54.5%)<生态区Ⅲ(69.6%)<生态区Ⅴ(83.0%)<生态区Ⅱ(88.2%)<生态区Ⅳ(94.3%);不同储粮方式样品宜存率从小到大为:散堆(42.9%)<砖混仓(55.6%)<金属网仓(68.2%)<框装(70.0%)<仓房(83.3%)<其它(84.6%)<袋装(84.8%)<木柜(87.5%)<缸(罐)(92.9%)<金属仓(100%)=钢板仓=塑料仓。
In order to identify the fatty acid value situation of storage maize from farmer in China,271 maize samples stored in 2016 from 19 province,5 grain storage ecological zone and 13 different facilities were collected. The results showed that: Judged according fatty acid value,the ratio of suitable stored samples was 82%,unsuitable stored samples was 18%; The ratio of suitable stored samples from different provinces was as follow,Heilongjiang( 47. 1%)
