摘要
基于铁岭市粮油检测站对当地储存玉米脂肪酸值普查数据,分析在不同储存形态下玉米脂肪酸值变化,运用统计学上的t检验分析,认为在不同储存条件下,玉米脂肪酸值发生变化的概率是不同的,平房仓储存条件下,比简易罩棚和钢筋囤储存玉米发生脂肪酸值升高的概率小得多。储存年限与脂肪酸值变化呈正相关性,但2年以内变化不显著。
Basing on the data from Tieling Grain and oil inspection station about fatty acid value of corn storaged in local region,using t test method,we analyzed the data and came to the conclusion that the probability of the increases between different storage condition are different.The probability of the increase of fatty acid value of corn Storaged in warehouse is much less than in the simple tent and steel bin.There is a positive correlation between the storage life and the change of the fatty acid value,but the change is not significant within 2 years.
