摘要
为指导城市公共停车场的近期规划与远期规划的合理过渡,避免城市停车资源的浪费,研究提出了一种考虑近远期规划衔接的公共停车场规划方法,并通过案例对其进行了验证。首先基于ArcGIS进行近远期公共停车场选址规划,然后研究了二者间的衔接机制,将公共停车需求与规划用地类型相结合,探讨了不同类型规划下公共停车场的建设模式,并给出临时公共停车场取消后的公共停车需求解决方案。实例表明,该方法实现了近远期规划公共停车场的有效衔接,其划分的公共停车场建设模式可实施性较强,所规划的公共停车场选址位置与泊位缺口突出地区能较好地匹配,可有效指导城市公共停车场规划建设。
        In order to guide the reasonable transition from short-term planning to long-term planning ofurban public parking lots and also avoid the waste of urban parking resources, an urban public parkingplanning method considering the link of short-term and long-term planning was proposed, which was demonstrated by the case. Firstly, the short-term and long-term public parking locations were planned basedon ArcGIS. Secondly, the linking mechanism of short-term and long-term public parking planning wasstudied. By combining the demand of public parking with the type of planned land, the construction modesof different types of planned public parking were discussed. Finally, the solution of public parking demandwas given after the temporary public parking lots were cancelled. The example shows that this method caneffectively link short term and long term planning of public parking lots, and can better guide the planningand construction of urban public parking lots.
