甘肃农村汉族成人皮褶厚度现况

摘要
目的研究甘肃汉族农村成人皮褶厚度状况。方法采用随机抽样方法,在甘肃平凉和武威地区调查1 000例(男、女各500例)农村汉族成人的6项皮褶(面颊、肱二头肌、肱三头肌、肩胛下、髂前上棘、小腿内侧皮褶)厚度值,分析甘肃汉族成人皮褶厚度随年龄变化的特点。结果 (1)甘肃同一地区男性6项皮褶明显薄于女性。(2)两地同性别间6项皮褶厚度的比较总体相似,仅50~60岁组间有统计学意义,平凉人群皮褶厚度大于武威人群。(3)平凉男性6项皮褶厚度多在40~岁组达到最小,后逐渐增加;平凉女性6项皮褶变化幅度较小,四肢部皮褶厚度与男性相似,其他部相反。武威地区男、女性6项皮褶厚度各项峰值主要表现在40~50岁年龄组,后逐渐降低。结论甘肃农村汉族皮褶厚度与俄罗斯族、乌孜别克族、布里亚特人、湘语族群接近,女性皮褶厚度与男性相似,均与北亚类型族群接近。
Objective To explore the skinfold thickness of rural adults in Gansu.Methods 1 000 Han adults(500 rural males and 500 rura1 females) who lived in Wuwei and Pingling district of Gansu province,were randomly selected,and submitted to analyze their skinfold thickness including facial,triceps,biceps,subscapular,suprailiac and calf.The characters of skinfold thickness were analyzed regarding to aging.Results(1) The statistical differences were detectable in al1 six skinfold thicknesses in genders both in Pingliang and Wuwei.The skinfold thickness of males was significantly thinner than that of females.(2) All six skinfold thicknesses were significantly similarity between the genders,only 50~60 years old between two groups was statistically significant,the skinfold thickness of Wuwei was greater than that of the adults of Pingliang.(3) The skinfold thickness of male adult reached the minimum values in 40-years-old groups of Pingliang,and then gradually increased.The variation range of six skinfold thickness of rural female was lower in Pingliang,the skinfold of arms and legs were similar between with gender,the others was just the opposite.All six skinfold thicknesses peaked in 40~50 years old groups of rural people in Wuwei,and then gradually decreased.Conclusions The skinfold thickness of rural adult is similar to Russ,Uzbek,Buriats and Xiangspeaking people,for the male groups.The skinfold thickness of rural female is similar to the rural male's.To sum up,the skinfold thickness of rural adult in Gansu has same characteristics with ethnic groups of north Asia.
