摘要
用摩擦接毒的方法,以具有Tsw抗性基因的灯笼椒PI-152225品种为抗性对照,采用ELISA检测法对购自市场的40个辣椒栽培品种抗番茄斑萎病毒(TSWV)的水平进行了评价。结果表明,40个辣椒品种中,白米辣2号对TSWV表现为中抗,12个品种表现为感病,27个品种表现为高感。
        Resistances of 40 capsicum cultivars to TSWV from market were evaluated by friction vaccination method and ELISA with cultivar of PI-152225 containing Tsw resistance gene as the control. The results showed that there were one cultivars, Capsicum frutescens cv Baimila No.2 with medium resistance to TSWV, 19 cultivars with susceptibility and 27 with high susceptibility among the 40 cultivars.
