摘要
针对感应加热工件淬火质量和生产过程安全问题,提出一种基于台达PLC和MCGS组态的感应加热工况监控系统解决方案。详述了感应加热工况监控系统的硬件设计、下位机PLC控制程序及MCGS组态软件设计。实现了工件淬火工序的时序与逻辑控制,并集控制、操作、显示、输出于一体,提高了感应加热工件淬火效率及生产过程的安全性,实现了工件淬火质量追踪,性能安全可靠,达到了设计目标。
        Aiming at the induction heating workpiece quenching quality and the secure issue during yielding, a new solution based on the induction heating working condition of PLC and MCGS was proposed. The hardware design of induction heating working condition monitoring control system, PLC control program of the lower computer,and the design method of human-machine interface of upper computer were described in detail. The timing sequence and logic control of workpiece quenching working procedure were realized,and the control, operation, display and output were integrated, the safety of induction heating workpiece quenching efficiency and productive process was improved. The quality tracking of the workpiece is achieved, the performance is safe and reliable, so the design goal can be achieved.
