地方本科高校旅游管理专业校企协同开展继续教育的问题与对策

摘要
近年来,随着中国社会经济和旅游产业的快速发展,对具有良好专业技能实践能力、能快速适应环境变化的应用型旅游管理人才的需求也越来越多。文章主要指出校企协同背景下地方本科高校旅游管理专业开展继续教育过程中出现的办学目标定位不准确、教师队伍素质不高、教学方式单一等问题,在对这些问题的充分剖析下提出一系列解决措施,以培养适应社会经济发展的应用型旅游管理专业人才,积极探寻和摸索地方本科高校旅游管理专业继续教育人才培养的新途径。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy and tourism industry,there is a growing demand for tourism management talents with good professional skills and practical ability,who can quickly adapt to changes in the environment.This paper mainly points out the problems which may exists in the process of local tourism management undergraduate course colleges and universities to develop continuing education under the background of School-enterprise cooperation model such as educational target is not accurate,the teaching staff education,need to be improved,teaching methods are simple and a series of problems. This essay tries to analyze the problems and want to finds out countermeasures in order to cultivate tourism management personnel to adapt to social and economic development.
