摘要
目的:研究狭叶瓶尔小草化学成分。方法:采用95%乙醇热回流提取狭叶瓶尔小草干燥全草,并运用大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱及制备液相色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从狭叶瓶尔小草中分离鉴定了6个黄酮类化合物,分别为:3-O-甲基槲皮素(1)、瓶尔小草醇(2)、3-O-甲基槲皮素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、3-O-甲基槲皮素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、山柰酚3-O-(6-O-咖啡酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖基-(1→2)-α-L-鼠李糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、槲皮素3-O-(6-O-咖啡酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖基-(1→2)-α-L-鼠李糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)。结论:其中,化合物2~6为首次从该植物分离得到,化合物5、6为首次从瓶尔小草科植物分离得到。
        Objective: To investigate the chemical components of Ophioglossum thermale,one of the original species of Chinese medicine "Yizhijian". Methods: The air-dried whole plant material of Ophioglossum thermale was extracted by thermal reflux with 95%Et OH,then separated and purified by joint utilization of various chromatography techniques including macroporous resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods. Results: Six flavonoids were isolated and identified as 3-O-methylquercetin( 1),ophioglonol( 2),3-O-methylquercetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),3-O-methylquercetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyraosyl-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),kaempferol 3-O-( 6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( 1 →2)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 5) and quercetin 3-O-( 6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 6). Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time,compounds 5 and 6are firstly isolated from Ophioglossaceae family.
