斑马鱼在水产动物育种学课程教学实践应用初探

摘要
以斑马鱼为实验材料,可以对各种水产动物育种理论进行实践教学。传统的水产养殖对象育种过程受到养殖场地和季节的限制,很难在本科教学过程中进行实践;而斑马鱼可以在短时间内完成受精、胚胎及个体发育。将斑马鱼应用到水产动物育种学的教学实践中可以使学生掌握水产动物育种理论和操作流程。通过实践教学,可以提高学生的动手能力,增强学生对理论知识的理解,培养学生的科研兴趣。
Using zebrafish as an experimental material, you can practice a variety of aquatic animal breeding theory practice teaching. The traditional aquaculture breeding process is limited by the breeding site and the season, it is difficult to practice in the course of undergraduate teaching; and Zebrafish can be complete the fertilization and individual development in a short time. The application of zebrafish to aquatic animal breeding practice can enable students to master aquatic animal breeding theory and operational processes.
