摘要
研究建立一种从安康紫阳富硒茶中提取有机硒方法,利用相似相溶原理,选取乙醇、乙酸乙酯、环己烷对茶叶中的有机硒进行提取,得出在pH 7时,用乙醇回流法提取有机硒效果最好;通过L9(34)正交试验优化提取工艺,确定最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数60%、回流温度70℃、固液比1∶19(g/mL)、加热回流时间2 h。
        A method for extracting organic selenium from Ziyang selenium-rich tea in Ankang was established. Using the principle of similar solubility, ethanol, ethyl acetate and cyclohexane were selected to extract organic selenium from tea. It was concluded that when pH was 7, ethanol reflux method was the best method for extracting organic selenium. The extraction process was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test, and the optimum extraction conditions were determined. The results showed that with 60% ethanol, 70 degree temperature, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶19(g/mL), heating reflux extraction time of 2 hours,organic selenium extraction in tea is the best.
