成年型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的MRI表现

摘要
目的评价成年型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的MRI表现及其与病理的情况,以期提高其诊断水平。方法方便选取该院2009年7月—2015年4月经术后病理证实的15例卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的临床资料及MRI表现,观察肿块内部信号、强化特点、囊变情况及肿块大小与囊变程度的关系等。结果 15例肿块均单侧发生,10个呈囊实性,3个呈多房囊性,2个呈实性。10个囊液内合并出血。随着肿块增大肿块囊变程度越高。结论卵巢颗粒细胞瘤MRI信号表现具有一定特征性,对于成年型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the MRI features of adult type granulosa cell tumor of ovary and its correlation with pathology, in order to improve the level of diagnosis. Methods Convenient selection the clinical data and MRI manifestation of 15 cases of ovarian granulosa cell tumor materials and methods in our hospital during July 2009—April 2015 was pathologically confirmed in 4 patients after menstruation, observation of the internal signal, mass characteristics of cystic and cystic tumor size and extent of the relationship. Results The results of 15 cases were unilateral, 10 were cystic, 3 were multilocular cystic, 2 were solid.10 with a cystic fluid internal bleeding. With the enlargement of the tumor mass and cystic degree higher. Conclusion Ovarian granulosa cell tumor MRI signal has a certain characteristic, has important value for the adult type of ovarian granulosa cell tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
