我国科技社团参与应急科普的问题及对策研究

摘要
应急事件的应对除了需要国家自上而下的应对和管理,也需要通过科普来提高公众应对突发事件的能力,这就需要科学家在突发事件中及时有效地发挥自己的作用。而目前我国科技社团的应急科普工作基本处于自生自灭的状态,科学家很多时候并不能做到及时发声,不能充分有效地发挥科技社团在全民科学素质建设中的作用。文章通过归纳总结我国科技社团参与应急科普的现状和问题,提出相应的对策,旨在提高我国科学家参与应急科普的热情,提升我国应急科普的成效。
The response to emergency events is not just need national top-down response and management, also need to improve the public's ability to respond to emergencies through science popularization, which requires scientists to play their role in emergencies timely and effectively. At present, emergency science popularization of Chinese science and technology community is not very good, scientists are not able to make a timely voice and give full play to the role of science and technology associations in the scientific quality construction for all people. The purpose of this article is improving the enthusiasm of the scientists involved in emergency science popularization and the effectiveness of emergency science popularization in China, based on the research of the present situation,problems and solutions of emergency science popularization.
