Ⅰ期清创内固定治疗踝关节开放性Logsplitter损伤1例

<正>患者,男,36岁,工人,冰箱砸于右膝部致右踝关节开放性伤口、畸形伴骨外露7 h入院。患者于2016年11月5日搬抬电冰箱倒退下楼梯时不慎被倾倒的冰箱砸于右膝部,当即感右踝关节疼痛、畸形、异常活动,无法站立及行走,内踝部出现一开放性伤口伴骨外露(图1a,1b),无喷射状出血,伤肢远端未诉麻木及其他不适,家人急送当地医院,行右踝
