温肾解郁方治疗月经过少临床观察

摘要
目的探讨温肾解郁方治疗月经过少的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用中成药干预治疗,观察组采用自拟温肾解郁方治疗,2组治疗3个月经周期,利用治疗前后中医症状积分与超声下子宫内膜厚度变化情况,分析2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组中医症状积分明显优于对照组,具有显著统计学差异(P≤0. 01);观察组子宫内膜厚度(0. 91±0. 08) cm优于对照组(0. 80±0. 07) cm,具有统计学差异(P≤0. 05);观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,具有显著统计学差异(P≤0. 01)。结论自拟温肾解郁方治疗月经过少临床疗效确切,无毒副作用,适于在基层临床中应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of Hypomenorrhea. Methods The chosen patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. For three menstrual cycles,the control group was given Chinese patent medicine intervention,and the study group was given home-made warming kidney and relieving depression recipe. The clinical effect was analyzed according to the patients' TCM symptom scores and ultrasound-guided endometrial thickness changes before and after the treatment. Results The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P≤0. 01). The endometrial thickness of the study group( 0. 91 ± 0. 08) cm was better than that of the control group( 0. 80 ± 0. 07) cm,and the difference was statistically significant( P≤0. 05). The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P≤0. 01). Conclusion The clinical effect of the home-made warming kidney and relieving depression recipe on hypomenorrhea were identified as positive without side effects and suitable for clinical application in primary hospitals.
