摘要
考察了MTG重汽油均四甲苯结晶过程中添加晶种对产品质量的影响,分别对搅拌速度、溶液温度、晶种颗粒度及晶种添加量进行了实验。结果表明:搅拌速度为250 r/min,溶液温度为54℃,晶种颗粒度为10~20目,添加量为0.5%(wt),所得产品纯度可达99.5%(wt),颗粒度大于20目的产品所占的比例达到90%。
        The effect of adding seed crystal on the product quality during the crystallization of durene in MTG heavy gasoline was investigated. The factors including the stirring speed, the seed crystal size, the dosage of seed crystal and the temperature of the solution were analyzed. The experimental results showed that, when the stirring speed was 250 r/min, the seed particle size was 10~20 mesh, the dosage was 0.5%(wt) and the temperature was 54 ℃, the purity of the product was up to 99.5%(wt). Additional, the proportion of products with particle size greater than 20 mesh reached 90%.
