摘要
为了比较芦苇不同生长发育性状,本研究利用显微及扫描电子显微镜比较普通芦苇和铁秆芦苇的形态结构特征。二者株高、叶宽、叶长和茎粗指标差异均不显著(p>0.05);植株鲜重、干重、叶表皮气孔数、气孔长径和气孔宽径指标二者差异极显著(p<0.01),茎厚壁组织厚度和维管束直径差异极显著(p<0.01),薄壁组织厚度差异不显著(p>0.05)。种子形态指标差异均极显著(p<0.01),铁秆芦苇种子的长、宽更长及千粒重更大。结果表明铁秆芦苇是芦苇的一种新的生态型,为优异的芦苇种质资源。本研究为筛选优质的芦苇种质提供数据参考。
        In order to compare the different growth and development characters of Phragmites australis. The morphological features of common reed and Tiegan reed were compared with microscope and scanning electron microscope. There were no significant difference in plant height, leaf width, leaf length and stem diameter index(p>0.05). Plant fresh weight, dry weight, stomatal number, stomata length, stomata width index of leaf epidermis were extremely significant difference(p<0.01), thickness of stem sclerenchyma and diameter of vascular bundle were significantly different(p<0.01), thickness of parenchyma was not significant different(p>0.05). The differences in seed morphological indexes were extremely significant(p<0.01). The length, width and thousand grain weight of Tiegan reeds were bigger. The results showed that Tiegan reed is a new ecological type of reed, which is an excellent germplasm resource of reed. This study provides data reference for screening high quality reed germplasm.
