摘要
以甜高粱秸秆为原料,选取不同浓度梯度的盐酸、亚硫酸、甲酸、氢氧化钠、双氧水等分别进行预处理,对双酶酶解的糖化效果进行了研究。研究结果表明,用1%的稀盐酸在121℃高温条件下预处理60 min后,加入纤维素酶2.5g/100g和木聚糖酶2g/100g,MgCl_2溶液2.5 nmol/L,吐温-80为1mL/100g,固液比为110(W/V),pH5.0,50℃酶解糖化48 h,在此条件下还原糖得率最高,其值为29.1%。
        With the sweet sorghum straw as the raw material, choosing different concentrations of hydrochloric acid, of sulfurous acid, of formic acid, of sodium hydroxide, and of hydrogen peroxide as pretreatments respectively,the researchers studied the double enzyme effect of hydrolysis. The results show that the reducing sugar yield peaks at 29.1% when the researchers use 1% dilute hydrochloric acid, as pretreatment, at 121 ℃ and join cellulase 2.5 g/100 g, xylanase 2 g/100 g, MgCl2 solution 2.5 nmol/L, and polysorbate 801 mL/100 g after 60 minutes, with the solid-liquid ratio at 1 GA6 FA10(W/V), pH at 5.0, and enzyme saccharification at 50 ℃for 48 h.
