研究生思想政治工作与心理健康教育相结合的研究与实践

摘要
目的探讨研究生思想政治工作与心理健康教育相结合的研究与实践。方法我院2015年开始将心理健康教育与研究生思想政治工作相结合,现抽取2016年的80名研究生作为观察组,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理健康情况调查,并与2014年选取的80名研究生(对照组)调查结果进行对比分析。结果观察组研究生在人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等五个项目的得分均低于对照组研究生。结论将研究生思想政治工作与心理健康教育相结合,能明显改善研究生的心理健康情况。
Objective To explore the research and practice of ideologicalpolitical work and psychological health education of graduate student. Methods Since 2015, the ideological political work and psychological health education were combined in our hospital. 80 graduate students in 2016 were selected as observation group and another 80 graduate students in 2014 were selected as control group. Taken SCL-90 for mental health status and the results were compared. Results In observation group, the score of personal relationship sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and bigotry were lower than control group. Conclusion For graduate students, the combination of ideological political work and psychological health education can improve the mental health condition obviously.
