摘要
汽车在行驶过程中振动异响会降低顾客舒适度,引起顾客抱怨。在整车入库问题中,转向管柱异响的不良率为90%。针对这一问题,本文以某SUV为研究对象,采用FTA故障树分析可能产生异响的原因,确定引起转向管柱异响的主要原因:转向管柱蜗轮蜗杆啮合间隙过大、中间轴滑动副间隙超差,然后通过优化蜗轮蜗杆径向间隙消除结构;提高花键加工制造精度,选用合适的涂覆尼龙材料,再选用粘度低,抗耐磨性好的润滑脂等方式进行整改。整改后转向管柱异响的不良率降低至0.2%,减少了因转向管柱异响的返工,降低了制造成本。
        The abnormal vibration and noise of the car during driving will reduce the comfort of customers and cause complaints from customers. The defective rate of steering column abnormal sound is 90% in the whole vehicle garage problem. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes an SUV vehicle as the research object, the FTA method is adopted to analyze the causes of abnormal noise, and the main causes of abnormal sounding of the steering column are determined: excessive mating clearance of worm wheel and worm of steering column, Sliding pair clearance of intermediate shaft is overshoot, the rectification is carried out by optimizing the worm and worm radial clearance elimination structure;improving Machining and Manufacturing Accuracy of Spline, selecting of suitable coated nylon materials, choosing lubricating grease with low viscosity and good wear resistance. After rectification, the defective rate of abnormal sound of steering column was reduced to 0.2%,which reduced the rework of abnormal sound of steering string and reduced the manufacturing cost.
