摘要
为提高玉米种子芽生长点的转化效率,研究利用超声波处理玉米种子芽时间对农杆菌转化效果的影响。结果表明,利用超声波频率45 KHZ、超声波功率50 W的超声波仪处理10~15 min,有利于提高农杆菌对玉米的转化效果。表明利用超声波处理玉米芽是一种好的受体处理方法。
        In this study, we used ultrasonic to treat the growing point of maize seed bud for different times, aim-ing to improve its transformation efficiency. The efficiency of maize growing point transformation mediated by Agro-bacterium was significantly improved when it was treated by ultrasonic with frequency of 45 kHz and power of 50 Wfor 10-15 min. Thus, it is a good way for improving transformation efficiency mediated by Agrobacterium to treat re-ceptor with ultrasonic.
